I started rotating books on our book wall a year or so ago so that the kids could choose books for bedtime a bit easier and so that I would remember to read all of our favorites at the right time of year. I think the Fall book wall is my favorite – October full of Halloween book and November full of Thanksgiving and autumn books. Here is some of our favorites in case you need to expand your own collection or try something new at the library:

The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything

The Autumn Visitors

How to Make Friends with a Ghost

The Scariest Book Ever

Fright Club

Pick a Pumpkin

The Witch’s Cat and the Cooking Catastrophe

The Witch’s Cat and the Broomstick Blunder

The Witch’s Cat Goes Wild

The Witch’s Cat and The Trouble With Tidying Up

Thanksgiving in the Woods

Little Blue Truck’s Halloween

Strega Nona

Ghost Poems

Pumpkin Jack
