Ingredients:

1 lb. Spicy Italian sausage

2 cups half and half

3 cups cubed potatoes

3 cups chicken broth + 1 Tbsp. Better than Boullion

3 cups milk

1 onion, chopped

1/2 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 bunch kale, chopped

Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook sausage in a dutch oven.
  2. Add in onions and cook 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in half and half, potatoes, broth and bouillon, milk, oregano, red pepper flakes, pepper, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Simmer until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
  5. Add kale and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer about 10 minutes to wilt kale.
